at this stage the dashboard is still in beta version so despite it being a usefull and powerfull vieweing tool, we recommend using ordinary workflow to create reservations dashboard is being designed as a live all in one tool that allows you to keep your hand on all the events that take place on you location and quickly react to the needed changes, no matter if need to create new reservation, reschedule or update existing one or close broken activity slot time table it is the main workspace within the dashboard being built on top of the calendar feature it allows you to browse to the needed date, view detailed time stream of each activity slot as well as view and edit all existing reservations in order to view existing reservation details simply click on the reservation block once you do that, the dashboard will dimm all the other reservations and display short reservation summary in a modal window reservation management in the dashboard you can do everything that is available for you through the settings section to reschdule existing reservation to another slot or time, simply drag it to the needed destination you will be asked to conrifm your action and have the possibility to notify the customer about these new changes in order to create new reservation, simply click on any starting time slot and draw the desired reservation block while holding the mouse button as soon as you release the mouse button, you will be taken to a quick reservation creation modal here you can create the reservation following the same workflow as in the reservation list this process is described in details in the managers guide the only restriction is that currently you cannot mix activities and packages here so this method is more suitable for quick and short reservations monthly view if you want to have the complete picture of the reservations planned and proccessed for the entire month you can easily switch to monthly view all reservations will remain clickable in case you want more control over certain date tima table, you can always switch back to the daily view waiting list when the location is overcrowded and you can schedule new reservations right away you can use waiting list it is a place where you can create reminders about those order inquiries that were put on hold because they could not be reserved right away restriction mode restriction mode is an exclusive feature that is only present in the dashboard it allows you to create a speecial rules for chosen time slots in case this rule is applied, all new reservations should necessarily include one of the selected packages in order to be saved in these time slots inorder to enter this mode you have to click the mode toggle and then simply select needed time slots as if you were aiming to create a teservation in order to exit the restricion mode you have to toggle the mode button once again reservation stacking if you drag 2 reservations of the same size one on top of the other, they will stack into single box and the number of stacked reservations will apppear by clicking on the number you can see all stacked reservations and choose which reservation details you would like to view you can stack both, different reservations and parts of the same reservation as well
